ARE YOU SOLD OUT?

We are not sold out! We just launched our BRIGHTS 2020 Collection and only 3 of the 15 styles are sold out.

What does a "Bikini On Us" mean...

That means your bikini is free, you just have to cover Shipping & Handling. You do have the option to get free shipping if you buy a third item (just add a third item to your cart) any order $35 and over qualifies for free shipping.

We are giving bikinis away for free so that you can see how amazing the BRIGHTS 2020 quality is!

How do I get a Holographic Bikini Bag?

When you click checkout a window should popup and ask if you want to add a Holographic Bikini Bag to your order for $3. Or you can search 'Bikini Bag' in the search bar on our website.

Can I get free shipping?

Yes, this is how it works. Any purchased item qualifies for free shipping. If you are getting a free set (not purchasing it) we do charge for shipping & handling.

  • Just add an additional bikini top or bottom to your cart and the whole order will qualify for free shipping.

Bonus: Every purchased item comes with a $20 Gift Card!

Example: You add three bikini tops to your cart. The first 2 are free, the third one is $35. You get free shipping and you get a $20 Gift Card shipped to you...

When will I receive my $20 gift card?

If you purchased a bikini bag, or added a third FULL PRICED item at checkout, you will receive your gift card in the mail inside your package.

Why are you giving free products away?

So you can see first hand how amazing the quality of our BRIGHTS 2020 collection is. Also, incase you missed our sales from last season!

How do I change my address if I put in the wrong one at checkout?

Please email hello@sunnybunnyswimla.com with your order number and corrected address so we can change it BEFORE your items get sent out.

How long does it take to receive my order?

For regular orders it usually takes 2-4 business days to receive your order.

For our promotional giveaways, please allow up to 4-6 weeks to receive your order! 

We try our best to get orders out as soon as possible and to you the quickest way yet safest way possible.

For International orders it takes around 1-2 weeks and you may have to pay for duties and/or fees for your package.

How to get FREE SHIPPING

You’re in luck!! Add a third item to your cart (MUST be a bikini top or bottom) for you to qualify for free shipping. If you add a bag as your third item and not a bikini item, you will not qualify for free shipping!

You will also receive a $20 gift card with your order if you choose to add a third item to your card. You will receive the $20 gift card in the mail.

How do I track my order?

After you purchase an item you should get a confirmation email with your order number. Once your order ships the tracking number will be sent. If you have not received anything within 48 hours, please email Hello@SunnyBunnySwimLA.com and we will send you your tracking information.

**Please allow 4-6 weeks during our promotional period to receive your tracking information. **

Where do you ship to?

We only offer shipping to the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK

What forms of payment do you take?

You can pay using Visa, Discover, Master Card, Amex, and Google Pay.

What are your swimsuits made out of?

Our swimsuits are made of a double sided, high quality nylon spandex blend.

How do I know what size to get?

Check out our sizing tab on the menu bar!

Do you buy or make your bikinis?

We have all of our styles designed and manufactured. We have not ever purchased bikinis from other companies and relabeled them!

How do I cancel my order?

Unfortunately at this time we cannot offer refunds or cancellation of orders due to any reason, but we do offer store credit. Store credit may be used at anytime. 

Please email hello@sunnybunnyswimla.com with your order number and we will issue you a credit.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We currently do not offer returns or exchanges on any orders due to sanitary issues and COVID-19. Thank you for your understanding. No exceptions.
